Diy bling jacket

All I used was a old out dated Jean jacket, some fabric glue and some beads and gems....  glue them on and new style jacket check out my video to see how I did it.... 

how to/ diy flag shorts

this project is easy and fun ! turn your old ugly shorts into something cute and in style 

what you will need 

old pair of shorts 

fabric paint ( no it wont wash out ! so wear old clothes doing this) 

foam brush is what i like to use or a regular brush 

gems 

sand paper 

and creative ideas (;

 i used my foam brush i did the right side of the leg blue and the strips on the left i wanted a vintage worn feel if you don't paint it in solid i personally think it looks alot better distressed

 add some stars

 i had a hole punch i used a paper bag for my stencil you can also do free hand add as many as you like where ever

 for the gems this glue is the best !! fabric fusion you can get at any craft store i added on my little pocked and some red ones on the belt loops

 this is what the front looks like

 now for the back you could do the pockets the same way i personally think then its too much so i went kind of simple on the back !!! just a heart and few gems the focus point is on the front of the jeans !

diy bling it up jeans

i have a good bit of diys on youtube on how to distress jeans my user name with youtube is xoxoamandakisses and links will be below ! 

what u will need is a distressed or destroyed jeans or any jeans with holes (:

next u need fabric glue u can also sew this but i have done hundreds of pairs of jeans like this trust me the fabric glue is just as good even through washes this is the one i would recommend you can get this for 6 or 7 dollars any craft store 

 next any kind of fabric for under the holes i like tackey so i picked these tank tops i never wear but who doesn't like shinny ? if u don't use whatever fabric u like ! i also done these with metal ect ! really whatever !

 then scissors (;

 cut fabric to fit under the whole make about half inch longer on each side to alow room to glue
u can never add too much glue lol not possible (;
i mainly glue around edges u can add some in middle but i would focus on outside the edges of fabric to allow ur knee to be able to bend ect avoid glueing the middle near knee or where u will be bending

 once glue is on put into place glue doesn't dry fast so u have time to work with it !
i always glue top wait till it dries try them on make sure its how u want then stretch and glue the rest !

i place heavy books ect on top and let dry from 2-4 hours
overnight if u can b4 u wear them for best results

diy picture holder , calendar , or jewelry for 8 dollars

diy in the making not done yet will do a updated picture on how mine comes out 

but here is a idea to get u started (:

first i started with a big frame ( no glass ) just frame 

good place to pick these up is michel s they do custom framing a lot of times ppl order and its not what they wanted or never pick up ! i got this for 4 dollars ! amazing deal 

also at micheal's i got these little clothes pins they would be cute painted or u could add some gems or whatever ! if u turn this into a calendar ( what i am doing ) u can glue a heart on one for valientines day or a tree for christmas ect ! then little papers with the numbers for the day ! but i got these for 1.50 a bag i picked up 2 bags 

 then u need some wire i just got this at the dollar tree whole kit for a dollar great find ! only thing i used out of here is the wire

 and lastly a hot glue gun ! this project cost 8 dollars !!

 all i did was turn the frame to the back
hot glue the wire on each side ( when one side is completely dry turn over pull as tight as u can and glue the other side

 final project looks like this i added some pics to show the idea with it but i am going to add gems all around the frame and use as a monthly calendar i will post updated pic on my facebook !

hello kitty hat craft

hello kitty hat this was a las minute project but love how it came out 

 what u need is a hat i bought mine at walmart for 13 dollars

 a bow u can make one out of ribbon or i bought mine at walmart 2 for 1 dollar located in kids section they are for hair

 i had this necklace i used for her nose but u could use a bead

 then i bought these bracelets at walmart for the eyes any beads would work or u could just use foam board or felt the bracelets i bought where on clearance for 3 dollars came in a 2 pack

 for the whiskers i just used pipe cleaner ! u should only need one

 u can hot glue or sew place like i did mine and there u go a cute easy hello kitty hat !

santa block light

my diy santa light i will be posting 2 more will be doing a raindeer and a snowman 

but here is how i did santa 

what u will need 

from walmart 

a block light less than 10 dollars 

from dollar tree 

santa hat 

light set 

piece of black foam 

and snow spray or white paint for beard 

here is my santa hat and the light set it comes with light bracket so it will stay in block light and a on and off switch on cord ! the cord is a nice size to not too short !!!! and for a dollar a great find 

 u can use snow if u want to reuse the block later or if u want it to last long use paint !

 paint on his beard not my best point ! im not good at painting play around with it

 cut out some eyes and a nose if u like i decided to do just eyes

 add on hat glue if u like and i am going to add some stuffing to make at a bit more full and so it stands up better !

 attach the light in the bottom !

 finished project i may touch up the beard

 turn on and enjoy !

diy flower ball made for less than 5 dollars !

as always i do crafts on a budget ...

all my suplies i got at dollar tree ! and u only need few items for this here is what i used and how i did it 

 i got the biggest styro foam ball they had this is a 4 inch ball u could use other sizes but the amount of flowers will change

 your hot glue gun

 i got roses any flowers will work i got 3 bouquets at dollar tree so i have 4 dollars in this project ...
lets get started

cut ur flowers off leave about a 1 inch stem so you can stick in the foam ball

 i put hot glue on the stem

 and place in foam ball place close together and u can always fluff out the flowers after you are done
looks better full !!!

 so easy ! just place close together until u cover all the foam ball

you can add a string for hanging
or a stick to make look like a tree and add in a flower pot and add some lights on it !
or u can just set this in a tall vase !!
many ways u can display this and i will be posting more of similar crafts
