Cranberry-Raspberry-Pineapple Punch

Ingredients
  • 1 can (48 oz.) pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 container (8.5 oz.) cranberry-raspberry juice concentrate
  • 1 liter seltzer water or 1 bottle champagne, chilled

    Combine all ingredients in a 3-quart pitcher or punch bowl. Serve over ice. Makes 11 cups


Choco-Scotch Marshmallow Bars

adult twist on a kids favorite





Ingredients
  • 1 package (6 oz., 1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 cup butterscotch morsels
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 5 cups Rice Krispies


    what u do


    In 3-quart saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate and butterscotch morsels and peanut butter, stirring constantly, until well-blended. Remove from heat.

    Add marshmallows and KELLOGG'S® RICE KRISPIES® cereal to chocolate mixture, stirring until well-coated. Press into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Let stand in cool place until firm. Cut into 2 x 1-inch bars to serve.

super easy fast smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen peeled banana, sliced
  • 1 cup orange juice or apple juice
  • 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup crushed ice
Directions
In the container of an electric blender, combine strawberries, banana, juice, frozen yogurt, and crushed ice. Process until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately
